🔎Introduction
Each Bringme Box can be used to receive deliveries and exchange materials between different Bringme users. If desired, you can also use it to send or return packages. The guide below applies to Boxes that have a Send & Collect contract with Bpost. Ask your admin if this service is available and on which days Bpost picks up packages.

Prepare your parcel
Make sure a valid shipping label from one of the supported courier services (Bpost or DHL Parcel) is attached to the parcel. Note the tracking number on the label.

Go to the Bringme Box
Take your parcel and sign in at the Bringme Box by scanning your personal access code or Bringme Badge. Alternatively, you can manually enter your code by clicking the ‘OR ENTER YOUR CODE’ button. -
Select the correct option
Press ‘Send a parcel’ or ‘Return a parcel’. The screen will display which courier services are supported for sending parcels. Double-check that your shipping label matches one of these services. Click OK to continue. -
Deposit your parcel
A compartment will open automatically. Place your parcel inside and close the compartment door. -
Get notified
You’ll receive a notification in the Bringme App once the courier has picked up your parcel.
