🔎Introduction
Every Bringme Box can be used to receive deliveries and to facilitate the exchange of material between different Bringme users. If desired, it can also be used to send and return parcels. However, this requires an additional service contract with the supported courier service via Bringme, which is currently only possible in Belgium. Read here how to know if the service is active.
The article below describes how to label a parcel to be sent with the Bringme Box when this service is active on your Bringme Box. If this service is not active on your Bringme Box, please contact your Bringme admin for more information.
📃Answer
If the online store issued a return label, make sure it is a Bpost or DHL shipping label. If this is the case, simply attach the label to the parcel and follow the steps in this article to send it.
If the online store did not provide you with a return label, you can create a shipping label on the Bpost website.
