Introduction
Every Bringme Box can be used to receive deliveries and to facilitate the exchange of material between different Bringme users. If desired, it can also be used to send and return parcels. However, this requires an additional service contract with the supported courier service via Bringme, which is currently only possible in Belgium.
Answer
Check in the Bringme App to see if this service is active on the Bringme Box you use:
- Press START.
- Select RETURN PARCELS.
- Select your Bringme Box from the list.
If you can’t select your Bringme Box, then the Send & Collect service is not yet available for your Bringme Box. For more information, please contact your Box Admin who can request this service through our Customer Success Department.
If the service is active, you can send parcels through the Bringme Box following the steps in this article. The pick-up times differ, depending on the type of contract that has been selected. Check with your Box Admin for details on this service in your building.
