🔎Introduction
You can use the Bringme Box to send parcels, either through a Send & Collect contract with Bpost, or with another courier service. When you've placed your parcel in the Box, you are naturally wondering when it will be picked up.
📃Answer
For locations with a Send & Collect contract: Pick-up times vary depending on your location and the type of contract in place. In most cases, pick-ups occur twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please check with your Box Admin for details about this service in your building.
For other types of shipments: check the details on the order you placed with the courier service.
In either case, you will receive a notification when the parcel is picked up.
