Introduction
Each Bringme account requires a unique email address, though it is possible for multiple users to have identical names. This is because your username is typically your real name, and it is common for different people to share the same name. However, if you create two different accounts under the same name linked to the same Bringme Box, it may complicate your deliveries.
Here's why: when a courier delivers a package, they will see your name listed twice and choose one at random. Since you can only be logged into one account at a time, there's a risk for confusion. If the courier delivers to the account you're not logged into, you won't be able to access your delivery with the QR code you see in your app since this is associated to a different account. To ensure smooth and accurate delivery, it's best to maintain a single account per user.
Answer
Please remove any duplicate accounts and make sure you only use one account to manage your deliveries. You can delete an account yourself:
- Go to PROFILE and select ACCOUNT.
- Scroll down and select DELETE MY BRINGME ACCOUNT.
- Confirm you want to delete your account.
- Done! Now you can log in again to the app with the correct account.
Important: after you remove any unnecessary accounts, check if the phone number in the remaining account is correct and up-to-date.
