Is the Bringme app not working on your smartphone? No problem! You can still access your deliveries via a web browser , also on your smartphone:

  1. Go to app.bringme.com.
  2. Log in to your account
  3. View your notifications and your personal access code.
  4. At the Bringme Box:
    • Scan the QR code, or
    • Manually enter the 8-character alphanumeric code (below the QR code).

Troubleshooting the app:
If you prefer to fix the problem with the Bringme app, try these steps:

  1. Log out of the Bringme app and then log back in.
  2. Check if you have the latest version of the Bringme app installed. If not, update it via the App Store or Play Store.
  3. Restart your smartphone.
