What to do if I accidentally have 2 Bringme accounts?

Each Bringme account must be linked to a unique email address, but your username does not need to be unique since it is possible for two people to have the same name. 

However, if you create two different accounts for yourself connected to the same Bringme Box, this can cause confusion during deliveries. When a courier sees your name listed twice, they choose an account at random. This leads to issues.

You can only be logged into one account at a time in the Bringme App. If the parcel is delivered to the account you’re not logged into, you will not receive a notification, and the QR code in your app won’t work to open the Box. To ensure smooth and accurate delivery, it is important to use just one active account.

The admin usually manages who has access to a Bringme Box, so please ask them to remove the account you no longer wish to use.
