What to do when you have an issue with the Bringme app?

  3. Restart your smartphone.
  4. Make sure your smartphone is updated to the latest version of its operating system (iOS or Android).

You can always log in through a web browser if the app is still not working. Follow these steps:

  1. Visit bringme.com.
  2. Click ‘Login’ and sign in to your account.
  3. You can pick up and deliver parcels in the Bringme Box using your personal access code.
