How to log in to the My2N app?

🔎 Introduction

To answer calls from your Bringme Bell and open the door from your smartphone, you use the My2N app. Your Bringme admin gives you the login details: either a Device ID with a password, or a QR code. This article explains how to log in with either one.

📃 Answer

Before you start, download the My2N app on your smartphone. See where to find the My2N app.

Log in with a Device ID and password

  1. Open the app and tap the + icon in the top right corner.
  2. Select My2N account / Device ID.
  3. Enter the Device ID you received from your admin.
  4. Enter the password you received.
  5. Tap Log in.

Log in with a QR code

  1. Open the email or message with the QR code from your admin on your PC or on another device, so that you can scan the code with your smartphone.
  2. Open the app and tap the + icon in the top right corner.
  3. Select QR code.
  4. Allow access to your camera if the app asks for it.
  5. Point your camera at the QR code. You are logged in automatically as soon as the code is recognised.

💡 Tip: if scanning does not work, ask your admin to send you the QR code again.

Still not working?

  • Check that the Device ID and password are entered exactly as you received them, without extra spaces.
  • Make sure the My2N app is allowed to use your camera before you scan a QR code.
  • Forgot your password? See what to do if you cannot remember the password for the My2N app.
  • Does the app ask you to switch to a My2N account? See how to create a My2N account.
  • No longer have your Device ID, password or QR code? Ask your building administrator for new login details.
