How to create a Bringme account?

You need a Bringme account to use Bringme. With that account you log in to the Bringme App, where you manage your parcels and deliveries, your visitors, and your own presence and working hours. Which of these you see depends on what your organisation uses.

For the Bringme Box, your account is also what brings you your delivery notifications and your personal QR code to open a compartment. Either your Bringme administrator invites you, or you start yourself by scanning the QR code on the screen of the Box. That works for every Bringme Box, a public one as well as one for the employees of an office or the residents of a building. You will find both situations below.

Your administrator invites you

At some locations the Bringme administrator of your building creates your account for you.

1. The Bringme administrator of your building creates your account and links you to the Bringme Box.
2. You receive an email as soon as that is done, with an invitation to download the Bringme App and a short explanation of how the Box works.
3. Log in to the Bringme App with the email address from that invitation.

💡 Tip: did you not receive an invitation? Then ask the Bringme administrator of your building to check whether your email address has been added. Do you not know who your administrator is? Then start at the Box, as described below.

You start at the Bringme Box

Every Bringme Box has a QR code on its screen, also a Box that is reserved for the employees or residents of one building. That QR code is where you start.

1. Go to the Bringme Box.
2. On the start screen of the touchscreen you will find a QR code at the bottom left.
3. Scan the QR code with your smartphone.
4. What you see next depends on how the Box is set up at your location.

• You can connect yourself: do you not have a Bringme account yet? Then create your account and fill in your details. Do you already have one? Then simply log in. You are now connected to that Bringme Box and you can start using it right away.
• You see the contact details of your Bringme administrator: contact them. They create your account or connect it to the Box.
• You see no contact details: send us a request via the Submit a request form. Under Your email address, fill in your email address. Under Description, give the name and address of the building where the Box is. We pass your request on to the Bringme administrator of that location.
