What notifications can I receive about my deliveries in the Bringme Box?

🔎 Introduction

Bringme keeps you informed about the parcels that arrive for you in the Bringme Box, so you do not have to check yourself whether something has been delivered. In this article you read when you receive a notification, how you can receive it, and where you change your preferences.

📃 Answer

When do you receive a notification?

  • Your parcel has been delivered: as soon as a courier delivers a parcel for you in the Bringme Box, you receive a notification. You then know that your parcel is waiting for you and that you can collect it.
  • Your parcel is still waiting: if you do not collect your parcel right away, you receive a reminder every day until you have picked it up.
  • Your parcel has been collected: did you leave something in the Bringme Box for a colleague or for a client or an external partner, or did you prepare a parcel for a courier? Then you receive a notification as soon as it is collected from the Bringme Box.

How do you receive your notifications?

  • Push notification: directly on your smartphone, through the Bringme App.
  • E-mail: at the e-mail address linked to your Bringme account.
  • Microsoft Teams: if your organisation has activated Jaimie in Microsoft Teams, you also receive your notifications there.

Push notifications and e-mails work independently of each other, so you can switch them on or off separately. In this article you read where you find these settings in the Bringme App.

💡 Tip: your notification is also your starting point to collect your parcel. Here you read how to pick up a delivery from the Bringme Box.

Still have a question?

Does this article not answer your question, or do you have another one? You can always ask Jaimie, our AI Agent. You will find Jaimie in the bottom right corner of the Bringme App, in the Bringme web app, or after logging in via bringme.com. Jaimie is still in beta and learning as she goes, so the feedback you leave after a conversation helps her get better.
