🔎Introduction
When ordering from outside the European Union, the handling of customs duties is an important consideration. Incorrect handling can delay or even block delivery.
📃Answer
Always use your personal address as the invoice address and the Bringme Box address as the delivery address.
If customs duties apply, the payment request will be sent to your invoice address. Once the fees are paid, the parcel will be cleared and dispatched to the Bringme Box.
However, some courier services require payment upon delivery, which is not possible in a Bringme Box. In those cases, the courier may ring your doorbell instead.
It is strongly recommended to check the customs fee policy of the courier in advance to avoid failed delivery attempts.
