After you place an online order, the courier service keeps you updated on your package's status. Once the parcel is delivered to the Bringme Box, it can also be tracked using the Bringme app. The compartments of the Bringme Box are equipped with sensors, allowing the system to detect when a delivery has been made for you. This article explains how to manage your notification settings to stay informed about your deliveries.
📃Answer
When you first download the app, push notifications are disabled. When you first open the app, it will ask you if you want to turn on notifications. If you want to change your settings afterwards, you can find below how to do so.
To make sure you never miss a delivery, push notifications can be activated in the Bringme app:
- In the left panel, click on your name.
- Then click on Account.
- Go to the Notifications tab (next to Profile).
- Turn push notifications or email notifications on or off under Notification Settings.
Ensure that push notifications are also allowed in your smartphone's general settings.
If you don't receive any push notifications or emails, double-check the app and phone settings, and verify that emails are not going to your spam folder.
