Is it possible to receive your QR code or alphanumeric code to access the Bringme Box by email?

It is not possible to receive your QR code or alphanumeric code by email.

The Bringme App is the easiest way to always have your code with you. We understand that in an office context not everyone has a corporate smartphone, or prefers not to install the app on a personal device. This article explains the two alternatives: finding your codes on the Bringme website, or using a badge instead of a code.

Option 1: find your codes on the Bringme website

1. Go to bringme.com.
2. Log in with your Bringme credentials.
3. Your personal QR code and alphanumeric code are shown at the top right of the page.

💡 Tip: you can print your codes from that page and keep them somewhere safe.

Option 2: use a badge instead of a code

You can also open the Bringme Box with a badge. The badge first has to be linked to your Bringme account, which your Bringme administrator arranges.

• Existing corporate badges: your administrator first checks whether they are compatible with Bringme, and then links them to the users in the Bringme Manager. • Bringme Badges: if your corporate badges are not compatible, Bringme has its own badges. You can order them online in the Bringme webshop. A Bringme Badge is activated by the user, so no administrator is needed for that step: see How to activate your Bringme Badge?
