Picking up a delivery from the Bringme Box requires signing in on the Bringme Box. Once you're signed in with your account, the compartments containing your parcels, and any letterboxes connected to your account, will open automatically. Signing in can be done in three ways:

1. With your QR code:

1. Open the Bringme app and access your QR code

2. Press ‘Sign in’ on the screen of the Bringme Box.

1. Hold the QR code in front of the scanner, approximately 20 cm away and at a 45° angle to the red light or aligned with the visual on the screen.

2. With the alphanumeric code (below the QR code):

1. Open the Bringme app and access your QR code

2. Beneath the QR code, you’ll find the 8-character alphanumeric code.

3. Press ‘Sign in’ on the screen of the Bringme Box.

4. Tap ‘Enter your code’ on the Bringme Box and input the alphanumeric code manually.

3. With your Bringme Badge or Key:

• If you have connected a Bringme Badge or Key to your account, you can use it for signing in. Simply scan your Badge or Key at the ‘Key’ symbol below the screen of the Bringme Box.
