🔎 Introduction
Your parcel is delivered to the Bringme Box on a day you are not at the office, because you work from home or you are away for another reason. Can a colleague collect it for you?
📃 Answer
Yes. You share your personal access code from the Bringme App with a colleague, that colleague signs in at the Bringme Box and collects your parcel, and afterwards you renew your code so the old one no longer works.
Keep in mind that your code opens everything that is linked to your account: every delivery waiting for you in the Bringme Box, and your letterbox compartment if you have one. So share your code only with a colleague you trust, and renew it as soon as your parcel has been collected.
You will find the three steps in detail in How to have someone else pick up my parcel from the Bringme Box for me?
💡 Tip: your parcel stays in the Bringme Box until it is collected. So if it is not urgent, you can simply collect it yourself when you are back at the office.
