Your parcel stays in the Bringme Box until you collect it. There is no maximum storage time, and your parcel is never returned automatically because you picked it up later than expected.

As long as a parcel is waiting for you, you receive a daily reminder in the Bringme App. You can collect it whenever it suits you, day or night. Read how in how to pick up a delivery from the Bringme Box.

In exceptional cases, the property manager, building manager or facility manager of your site can take a parcel out of the Box, for example when almost all compartments are occupied and space is needed for new deliveries. This rarely happens. If it does, your parcel is kept safe and you are told where you can collect it.
