Can small parcels in envelopes be delivered in a Bringme Box?

The Bringme Box is equipped with sensors in each compartment. These detect when something is delivered into a compartment, triggering the notification to the account that has been selected as the recipient for that delivery.

📃Answer

Bringme Boxes are not designed to receive very small or thin items like envelopes in the parcel compartments. Objects thinner than 2 cm may not always be detected by the sensors. Items thicker or larger than 2 cm can be delivered without any issue.

For very flat items, it is recommended to place them against the side of the compartment, or to use a container for very small objects to ensure proper detection by the sensors.
