đIntroduction
Sometimes a visitor is expected by a colleague, but it's still useful for others, such as receptionists or team members, to receive a notification when the visitor arrives. This is possible with the Bringme visitor flow.
đAnswer
Yes, this is possible. If a colleague invites a visitor via an Outlook calendar invite, they can also add other team members as additional invitees. These colleagues will receive a notification in the Bringme app or via Microsoft Teams when the visitor signs in at the Bell or Bringme Desk. Please note: only the original host (the person who invited the visitor) can notify the visitor and sign them out after the meeting.
