🔎Introduction
The Bringme Desk ensures hosts are timely notified about their visitors' arrivals for better coordination by sending notifications via the Bringme app as soon as their visitors have signed in.
📃Answer
Notification settings can always be managed in the Bringme app under Profile > Settings. By default, both push and email notifications are enabled.
Hosts receive a push notification and an email once a visitor signs in. They can choose "I'm on my way" to dismiss the notification and inform their visitor that they are coming or forward the notification to a colleague via the app.
If no response is given, a reminder notification is sent after three minutes. If there is still no response, reminders become more frequent.
After the meeting, the host also receives a reminder to sign out the visitor in the app.
