• You are another participant: you receive an informative notification. No action is needed from you, you simply know that the visitor has arrived and that the meeting can start.

This way of working has three advantages:

• Everyone knows where they stand: all participants see at the same moment that the visitor is there, so they can go to the meeting room on time.
• Your visitor does not wait unnecessarily: if you are delayed, a colleague can take over the welcome.
• Nobody has to chase information: no one needs to call around to find out whether the visitor has arrived.
