Where can I find my Bringme Box address and which Bringme Box am I connected to?

🔎 Introduction

You sometimes need the exact address of your Bringme Box, for example to fill in as the delivery address when you order something online. And if you use more than one location, you may want to check which Bringme Box your account is actually connected to. You can look both up yourself in the Bringme App in a few seconds, on your smartphone or on your computer.

Find the address of your Bringme Box

1. Open the Bringme App. You can also use it on your computer in a web browser.
2. Go to Deliver & Pickup.

3. The view of your Bringme Box appears. Above it, tap the information icon Bringme Box info.

   

4. A panel opens on the right with the name of your Bringme Box, its Serial Number and its Address.
    

   

💡 Tip: when you place an online order, put "Bringme" in front of your name and use this address as the delivery address. Keep your own home address as the invoice address. You can read more in this article.

See which Bringme Box you are connected to

The drop-down at the top of Deliver & Pickup shows the name of the Bringme Box you are looking at. Open that drop-down to see every Bringme Box your account is connected to.

• If the drop-down shows only one name, your account is connected to that one Bringme Box.
• If it shows several names, select the one you want and then tap the Bringme Box info icon again to see the address of that specific Bringme Box.

You do not see your Bringme Box?

Then your account is probably not connected to that location yet. Two things can help:

• Ask your Bringme administrator, usually your building or office manager, to add you to the location. You can read what happens next in How to start with Bringme.
• If your location uses self-onboarding, you can connect yourself to the Bringme Box.
