🔎 Introduction
You would like a parcel delivered in a Bringme Box, but you are not sure whether your Bringme account is ready for it. This article explains what is needed.
📃 Answer
No. A parcel can only be delivered in a Bringme Box if your Bringme account is registered and connected to that specific Box. That connection is what allows the Box to recognize you as the recipient and to notify you as soon as your parcel arrives.
In most buildings, the Bringme administrator of your location connects your account for you. At some locations you can do it yourself: you scan the QR code on the touchscreen of the Bringme Box and connect your account in a few steps. You can read exactly how that works in this article.
Would you like to know how to have something delivered in the Box afterwards? You will find that in this article.
Still have a question?
Does this article not answer your question, or do you have another one? You can always ask Jaimie, our AI Agent. You will find Jaimie in the bottom right corner of the Bringme App, in the Bringme web app, or after logging in via bringme.com. Jaimie is still in beta and learning as she goes, so the feedback you leave after a conversation helps her get better.
