How does preregistration work?

  1. Send a meeting request via your email calendar and include invite@bringme.com in the attendee list.
  2. The visitor receives their standard calendar invite, plus a separate email containing their QR code and specific instructions for their visit.
    • This email is customized by your Bringme admin.
  3. Upon arrival, the visitor scans their QR code at the Bringme Bell 2.0 and the Bringme Desk.
  4. You will receive a notification in the Bringme app as soon as they check in, letting you know they are ready to be welcomed.
