Offer your visitor a nicer visitor experience by sending an invitation via Outlook or Apple Mail in advance:
- Send a meeting request via the calendar and make sure to include ‘invite@bringme.com’ in the attendance list.
- The visitor will receive an email with instructions and a QR code which can be scanned at the Bringme Desk upon arrival.
- And you’re done! You will receive a notification in the Bringme App when your visitor is waiting for you.
