đIntroduction
The Bringme Box allows parcels to be delivered without being handed over directly to the recipient. However, it is crucial for couriers to provide proof to their delivery service that the delivery was successfully completed. This article explains how a courier can obtain a proof of delivery after a successful drop-off.
đAnswer
When the courier places the parcel in the Bringme Box and closes the compartment, a QR code appears on the right side of the screen, along with an alphanumeric code consisting of two letters and four digits. This code serves as the digital proof of delivery.
The courier can record this proof in several ways:
- Scan the QR code.
- Note down the alphanumeric code.
- Take a photo of the screen.
In case of any delivery issues, the Help Center will always request this proof of delivery. Therefore, it is important for the courier to store this information correctly.
