You’re about to send a parcel via the Bringme Box, but notice the label hasn’t been attached? Don’t worry, if the parcel hasn’t been picked up yet, you can still fix it.

📃Answer
If your parcel is still in the Box and has no label, do the following:

Log in to the Bringme BoxÂ

Select your delivery and open the compartment.

Take out the parcel.
-
Attach the correct Bpost or DHL Parcel label.
-
Place the parcel back into the Box. It will be collected as normal.
If it’s already been picked up
Contact Bpost or DHL Parcel as soon as possible for additional help.
