Here’s what to do if a parcel isn’t addressed to you:

Do not open it.
Respecting others’ privacy is important. Don’t tamper with or open the parcel. -
Try redelivering it via the Bringme Box.
Deliver the parcel again to the correct recipient, based on the name on the label.-
If there’s a courier’s name, enter it as the sender. Watch this video to see how you can deliver as a courier.

No courier listed? You can use your own account to deliver the parcel to the correct recipient, but keep in mind this gives you access to the parcel again.Â

If that’s not possible, return it to the sender.
