🔎Introduction
The Bringme Box offers a secure and convenient way to receive and send postal packages. It is designed for use by all courier services and individual senders without requiring prior agreements with specific courier companies. This flexibility allows for fast and reliable deliveries to a centralized and protected location, enhancing efficiency for both couriers and recipients.
📃Answer
If a courier does not want to use the Bringme Box, follow these steps to ensure proper delivery:
- Do not accept the package personally – Politely inform the courier that deliveries should not be handed over to individuals but must be placed in the Bringme Box.
- Direct the courier to the Bringme Box – Show the courier where it is located and clarify that this is the designated drop-off point.
- Explain the process – Provide clear instructions on how to use the Bringme Box for deliveries. If needed, request instructional materials from your Customer Success Manager to display on the Bringme Box.
By following these steps, couriers will become accustomed to delivering to the Bringme Box, ensuring a secure and efficient handling process. If a courier continues to refuse delivery, we recommend reporting the issue to the web shop where the package was ordered, as they are the actual client of the courier service.
