🔎 Introduction
A smooth start is essential for a seamless experience with the Bringme Box. Especially in regions where the box is new, couriers may not yet know how it works. With a short explanation, you can quickly help them get started, ensuring deliveries run smoothly from the outset.
📃 Answer
If a courier is unfamiliar with the Bringme Box, it’s helpful to guide them. This is particularly common when the Box is new or if there are only a few Boxes in your region. Accompany the courier to the Box and explain step by step how the system works. You’ll notice that most couriers understand it immediately after a brief introduction.
During the testing phase and the first weeks after installation, it’s especially important to properly guide the couriers. A good start prevents many issues and ensures smooth operation in the future.
If needed, the administrator can request a short courier guide from their Customer Success Manager, which can be attached to the Bringme Box.
