🔎Introduction
The courier says your parcel was delivered, but you didn’t get any notification from the Bringme app, and there’s nothing in your Box. This can be frustrating, but don’t worry, there’s a clear process to help you get to the bottom of it.
📃Answer
If your parcel is marked as “delivered” by the courier but not found in your Bringme Box, take these steps:
1. Ask your Bringme administrator to check the compartments
Each Bringme Box has a local admin (often the building or office manager).
Ask them to check whether your parcel was placed in the wrong compartment or assigned to another user by mistake.
2. Still missing? Contact the Bringme Helpcenter
Reach out to the Bringme Helpcenter and share the Proof of Delivery.
This is a unique 6-character code (e.g., 1AB2C3), which you can find in the parcel tracking info or request from the sender.
With that code, we can investigate whether your parcel was misassigned and take the necessary steps.
3. No Proof of Delivery?
Contact the sender. They can reach out to the courier to request delivery confirmation.
If no proof can be provided, the delivery may be considered lost. In that case, the sender can arrange a refund or a replacement.
While Bringme is not a delivery service, we can still help trace what happened to your parcel with the correct information.
