You have received a notification in the Bringme app about a delivery and go to the Bringme Box to scan your QR code. The screen indicates a compartment is being opened, and you hear the click of the lock, but the door does not open. What should you do?

The lock might be stuck. Try scanning your QR code again and gently lift and pull the compartment door when you hear the sound of the lock releasing.
If the compartment still does not open, contact Bringme Support for remote assistance.
