Introduction
If the Send & Collect service is enabled on your Bringme Box, you can send parcels through it. These parcels should have a shipping label from Bpost or DHL Parcel. Omitting a return label on a parcel can be a cause for concern. Here’s how you can rectify this oversight.
Answer: a step-by-step guide
If you've forgotten to attach the label and it isn't picked up yet:
- Log in to the Bringme Box
- Select you delivery and open the compartment
- Remove the parcel
- Attach the label
- Place the parcel back in the Box for collection by Bpost
If the parcel has already been collected, contact Bpost or DHL Parcel to trace your parcel.
